What would be the guidelines surrounding the request for bids/proposals for event suppliers, designers, organisers, venues, etc, as part of a larger campaign to find such services? Even if it is a simple request for tender, and then taken up privately from there; sort of a 'jobs' or 'business' section, but a 'work required' policy rather than 'work wanted' to avoid advertising issues?
I can understand if such a request would be borderline inappropriate and am happy to comply with any judgement made by the moderators - I just thought I'd ask
