Another question: I am trying to look for performance indicators for Mice activities for example on conversions (mice confirmed business / all mice requests). FOr hotels business, there are many services that provided this information for example The Bench (Deloitte), Hotelligence (Travelclick), etc,, have no idea on where to get this info specifically for MICE.
